The promoter and founder chairman of NCC Limited formerly known as Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd Dr. A.V.S. Raju was Awarded the prestigious PadmaShri award in 2010. He has been widely recognized for his expertise in Telugu literature and contribution to the society.
He also has a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records for penning the largest biography in Telugu. He is a devoted believer of Karma Yoga and understands the contribution Indian values have in one’s personality development. His ocean of knowledge and experience has served as great inspiration to Samashti.
Ms. Swetha Manthena, Managing Director
Samashti is Swetha Manthena’s brainchild, born as a result of the firm belief that a school should provide a strong foundation on which students prosper and reach great heights.
The school has an assortment of extra-curricular activities and world-class infrastructure so as to provide class-A facilities, true to her belief.

Dr. Meera Bhandari Arora, recipient of several prestigious awards such as the Young Woman Education Excellence Award, Teacher’s State Awards, and Youngest Principal Award has served Samashti as an educator for the past 15 years in several roles starting from Teacher, Principal, and Director.
She is an innovative, forward-thinking, and empathetic leader who firmly believes that together we can do great things and when we work together everyone wins!
Major Naveen Mehta(Retd)

Major Naveen Mehta entered the education sector after a meritorious service in the Indian Army. An alumni of MDI, Gurgaon, & College of Military Engineering, Pune, he has a wealth of experience in the education sector and has assisted set up over 100 schools in India and overseas.
With an expertise in business, strategy, planning, organising and executing projects, his eye for detailing, resourcefulness, uncompromising stance towards excellence ensures quality deliverables.

A versatile educationist with 18 years of extensive experience in leadership role. A woman with zeal who empowers and encourages a diverse and innovative approach. She holds Masters degrees in Commerce, Education and Psychology. Her repertoire includes various curricula such as CBSE, IB accredited programmes and Cambridge accredited programmes. She has been honoured with “Outstanding Leadership in Education”, “Best Teacher”, “Innovative Curriculum and Pedagogy” and “Innovation in Early learning / Child development” awards.
She believes in dynamic and reflective practice with collaboration of all stakeholders.
