Dr. Meera Bhandari Arora
Director – Academics and Training
Dr. Meera Bhandari Arora is a distinguished educator and visionary leader serving as the Director of Academics and Training at Samashti International School. Bringing over 15 years of rich experience in the field of education, Dr. Meera has passionately undertaken several pivotal roles at Samashti – Including Principal, and now Director – continuously raising the bar for academic excellence and holistic development within the school community.
She is the proud recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including the Young Woman Education Excellence Award, Teacher’s State Awards, and the Youngest Principal Award. Her dedication to innovation in child development was also recognized by the Global Triumph Foundation. Major Naveen Mehta(Retd)
Director – School Expansions and Operations
Major Naveen Mehta (Retd) brings a unique blend of discipline, vision, and strategic expertise to Samashti International School in his role as Director – School Expansions and Operations. After a distinguished and meritorious career in the Indian Army, Major Mehta transitioned to the education sector, where he has made a significant impact on shaping the future of school infrastructure and growth across India.
An alumnus of MDI, Gurgaon, and the College of Military Engineering, Pune, Major Mehta is widely recognized for his leadership in building and operating over 100 schools both within the country and internationally. His extensive experience ranges across various educational models – including company – owned, franchise, and build-to-suit schools—making him a driving force behind the successful expansion of the Samashti brand and the establishment of exceptional learning environments.
Major Mehta’s expertise lies in business strategy, planning, project execution, and operational excellence. Known for his keen eye for detail, resourcefulness, and uncompromising pursuit of quality, he ensures that every institution under his purview not only meets but exceeds standards of excellence.
